the end of September 2005 members
of the Leeds Group held their first retreat
in Sandsend (Whitby, North Yorkshire). This was
attended by group members from
Glasgow, Conwy, Liverpool, Durham,
Bradford and Carlisle!
The weekend was a wonderful blend of stillness, nature, laughter and the freedom to be our true selves and more retreats have held throughout 2006 and 2007. The Leeds Group's next retreat is planned for 6/7th September 2008 in Sandsend, Whitby. There are also workshops planned, based on the Power of Now, throughout 2008.
